The SWARM-E project seeks to create access to clean, affordable and sustainable energy in sub-Saharan Africa. This project proposes SWARM electrification, a modular system that interconnects homes and businesses with solar systems through a low-voltage distribution network, allowing the exchange of energy between users. The objective is to adapt this infrastructure to the context of sub-Saharan Africa and foster collaboration between European and African institutions to improve the adoption of renewable energy. It seeks to reduce energy poverty and improve security in water, energy and food. The project also promotes scientific diplomacy to replicate the results in other areas of sub-Saharan Africa

The EUROLakes project seeks to restore European lakes through a holistic and scientific approach. It is based on the 4 Returns Framework (inspirational, social, natural and financial) through five key elements, including partnerships and collaborative planning. The project will implement innovative solutions, with a focus on nature-based solutions (NBS) in three pilot areas: Lake Vico (Italy), Lake Bistreţ (Romania) and Lake Dümmer (Germany). In addition, it will demonstrate its long-term potential by developing local capabilities at three other sites in Europe. We will lead the Communication, Dissemination and Ethics work packages

The Map4Accessibility project seeks to develop a European app to map the accessibility of public spaces. It is based on four case studies in Catania, Berlin, Blagoevgrad and Lisbon. The project engages higher education students to combine service-learning with academic work. Projecttech is responsible for project management, quality and communication strategy, integration of platform content and production of accessibility guides.
